Working in human-centered design since 2010, I can proudly look back on my growth from a storyteller graduating with an English degree into a skilled UX writer, content strategist, and UX researcher with a passion for crafting seamless experiences primarily through empathetic connection with participants, colleagues, and product stakeholders.
